Could someone kindly assist in modifying the macro slightly.
Currently it is sorting by Var. column F by highest to lowest - that is correct
However, if you see in column A we have Germany and France mixed.
I would like all Germany Grouped and also France etc. but with both sorted by column F highest to lowest.
I have tried a few things but cannot get this to work.

You might need to insert a help column. Insert a new column and use this formula to extract country =RIGHT(A3,LEN(A3)-FIND(" ",A3,5)+1). Then sort by Country then variance.
Change this section of the VBA
You need to have two keys to sort on. First to group the countries and then to group the variances.
