Macro To Check For Files in Specfic Paths and Send out Email

I'm trying to create a macro that will search for specific files in a specificed path i.e ' C:/' and if files are missing, send out an email VIA Outlook

The files include a date in 20160701.csv format so I would like the dates to be automatically updated on T-1 basis for weekdays only and the emails sent out on weekdays only.

Additionally I would like the macro to trigger automatically at 8:30AM everyday

Could someone please provide some assistance?
