Macro or Funtion to insert dashes in a number

Hello,

I have a spread sheet that has approx. 6,000 rows. In column A is has a 14 digit number that i need dashes inserted.
EX. 10021015107210 but needs to look like 1-00-21-01-510-7210. My question: Is there a something out there to insert the dashes in all the numbers at once? All the numbers are different.
