Copy and Paste to specific rows

Hi could someone please help me with my macro, ive got the main part of it done but i need it to figure out where to post depending on another cells value.

Im sure its just missing 1 or 2 lines of code but cant figure out how to do it?

I have attached an example and hopefully it explains what im after, if anyone could help me please

Still cant figure this out, but i come across another code that may help me but cant get this to work either?, does anyone understand whats wrong on either the module or the command click on sheet3?
