Rearrange columns

Hi ,
I need a macro that can rearrange the columns based on the criteria that i give.
Input:
India, Pak, Srilanka, Aus, Germany, Spain

Req output:
India, Aus, Germany, Spain, Pak, Srilanka

Note: All the countries are column headers.

I need to specify certain countries and give their target columns.
Like: Pak-5; Germany-3.
All the other columns that are not mentioned has to remain undisturbed.

Please help.
