code for option button to change label colour

I have a userform that has over 40 groups of 1 label and 3 option button. I am trying to write code that will change the backcolour of the label to visually advise user of what has been selected. I have the code per option button but there are going to be over 100 bits of code the same. on a previous post for text box change, the replies was to use class modules, I have got to work on the option button backcolor but I want to change the label colour if possible.

Is the 'label' the caption of a frame control or an actual label control?

The label and option buttons are on the user form not in a frame so the code is for Labelx.backcolor.
