Macro to hide last column in a pivot table

I have a report that has percentage of row totals that just displays as 100% for the grand total column. I want to hide that percentage of row column does anyone have or know a macro that can do that? it will be a very big help. I've attached the excel file below to see the pivot tables.

    Hello Robert !
Currently I am using excel 2003.
I have copy pasted a list of entries from a xls sheet into another excel sheet. so the problem which I am encountering right now is , the listed entries show bit blurred background and are not sharp enough. So I just wanna ask is there any way that I can them up???
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
