Placing icons in own )commandbar2007) in Ribbon.

This is my problem:

In 2003 was placing a icon not that difficult. That was placing a jpg in the activesheet en copying that in the place in the menu.
This option above was not availible. And programming proofed also impossible.
What am i doing wrong?

In 2007 placing a icon is making me nuts.
