required password when filling out Excel sheet error

I have a workbook and it is saved as a template. I have code in the workbook section on open and then code in the worksheet section when the end user inputs information.

I have some cells protected so the end user cannot input anything or mess of the count or summations.

What I want is when they enter information, I want the password code I have set up to work correctly and I don't want the end user to have to enter any password when filling out the items in the spreadsheet. Here is my code for workbook:

I have 4 cells that are locked in the sheet and then data validation on other cells. I just want the end user to have the ability to open this up, complete what they must without having to enter a password. I have another program in the workbook before close that saves as another sheet name. But that does not impact any of this. My problem is this is not quite working because when the book opens and they type in the first things, it asks for the password.

Hello tmill29,

Instead of us trying to replicate your Workbook, could you please attach a sample workbook.

Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
