HELP PLEASE "copy all values in row from userform to worksheet if text boxes has value"

Hi guys i'm stuck a bit,
when i enter values in the userform textbox and press update button i need to copy whole row of data which is next to the textbox from userform to database sheet. (Copy only if data entered in the textbox).
Basically if textbox has a value in userform row 1 and it has a value copy it to database sheet if not skip and if value is in other texbox copy other rows.

I hope its not very confusing, the worksheet sample attached so it will help you to understand what i need.

I think the first thing you should do is replace the numerous labels you are using to display the data with a multi-column listbox.

That's going to make things a whole lot easier.

Another thing you could do is explain what you want to do with an example.
