VBA module coding required for raising complaint ticket

Hi,

I have prepared a form in VBA & want to assign the codes as below:

After entering any sr. no. the user will click on fetch & it will get the details from the database sheet & display below results

Customer
Address
Owner

Then after clicking Generate button, Ticket should get generated with the sequence GTM1, GTM2, GTM3, GTM4 & so on.

On clicking the save button, records should get saved in "Record" Sheet.

On Clicking send button, it should fetch the emailID from the Database sheet & send the mail of that record.

You might want to update the title of your opening post with more specific detail about what you are trying to do. It's bordering on the generic.
