Macro to remove items in line, and repopulate with lower cell information.

I attached an example workbook. The drop down lists don't work, since I didn't copy all of the tabs, but you should get the idea. I would like to see if its possible to set a macro up, so that when the button is clicked, it will take each row that has a "TRUE" in Column I, and get rid of the info. Then move the lines below it up to take its place. Columns B,C,D, and G are manually entered. However E, and H are drop down lists, and Columns A and F use vlookups to populate their selves. The True in Column I populates from and check box on another tab. Is this possible, or is it to complicated? Thanks for any help that you can provide!

I updated the example spreadsheet, hopefully it will be a little more clear on what I'm trying to do.

I would like for the Update picture, to have a macro attached to it, so that when you click it, that any of the yellow cells that have "TRUE" in them, will be taken out of the list… and replaced with the items below. The ending result would look like the right side example. However, I have to make sure that it does not mess up the formulas in the cells. Each Tank is its own section also. So only the 6 yellow cells that are in each Tank group should move up in the list to replace the ones above them that are “TRUE”.
