Create New Sheet From Selected Data

Hi There, can't seem to figure this one out. I am in need of a macro that uses a command button that once clicked generates a new sheet named "Testing" which has predetermined questions in the first column and user inputted data from "Sheet1" in the second. I am more so in need of the general setup so the questions and answers aren't particularly needed but I will give a sample format of what I'd like to happen.

Sheet1:

G50 = 45 Series
G52 = 80 Feet
G57 = Single
K29 = Dual

Testing:

Column A Column B
Which Series Toolbar: G50
What Width: G52
Front Caster: K29
Rear Axle: G57


Ideally I would need several cases, If G48 = "Tank Only" then the new sheet would be listed as "Tank Testing" if G48= "Toolbar Only" then the new sheet would be listed as "Toolbar Testing" if G48= "Tank & Toolbar" two sheets are created "Tank Testing" and "Toolbar Testing" each having its own set of predetermined data with different user input cells from sheet1. I hope this is clear enough. Thanks
