VBA for Terms of Services Button for MAC - Unlocks Tabs upon Open

Another member helped me out w this earlier and I set the thread to "SOLVED" however; it does not seem to work for me now.

I was wondering if either the original member or another member could take a look at the attached file and let me know what they think. The VBA is supposed to unlock the other tabs when "Accepted" and keep them locked when "Declined."

I've tried on both Excel for Mac and MS and neither seem to work.
