Macro to give the count of unique values after comparing the comma separated values

Hello Guys,

I need a Macro (not formula) which compares the comma separated values present in Column “I” with individual values present in Column “D” and generate the count of unique values in Column “J”.

The sample sheet has been attached for reference.

Hi there!
The numbers in the "J" column from your attached file should be the correct answer? Do you need the count of distinct values that are not in the "D" column?

Yes, the numbers in the "J" Column are the correct answers and I need the count of the distinct values which are not in the "D" column but present in "I" column as a individual or comma separated value.

Please help me if you know the solution.
