compare 2 rows and hightlight chnages

hi,

I have 2 rows of data
1 row in materials ordered row "a"
1 row of stock materials row "b"
what I would like to know is what materials are in row "a" that are not in row " b"

Hi steve, select A2:A11072 and create new conditional formatting rule with below formula and fill with some color (e.g. yellow) to highlight materials that are not in stocklist.
