Names not being entered

I have two issue i need. First it is suppose to enter the combo box value in the Line cells starting in 050 which it does. the only issue is it will only enter 2 names per area i.e 050 and 051. I need it to enter as many as four names 050-053. Secondly how do I set it up so that it only enters the name once the employee as entered a correct sPassword?
