Code runs with F8 but not from button

Anyone help me with what is probably a basic VBA error?

When I run the code below by stepping through it in the code window with F8, it runs perfectly. When I try to active it from a button on the same worksheet on which the code is, I get a 'Subscript out of range' message. What does that mean, and where am I going wrong?

    Thanks for any help.
