Combining multiple Worksheet_Change sets of code into one

I have a worksheet where I need certain ranges updated when 2 different ranges are modified on the same worksheet.

I can get each set of almost identical code to work individually, but not together. My limited coding skills are insufficient to properly incorporate both sets into one "Worksheet_Change".

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
