Help pasting to specific area

H there, I have attached a spreadsheet scaled down from my main version. Hopefully the code someone can provide for this will help

I have 3 columns, my focus is column C

Rows 2 and 3 data in col 3 are fixed. I have a macro that finds the first blank cell and pastes the code (as seen in cell c4). But I need to paste to the other blank cells in column C. This is a dynamic length so I can not use C5:C9 paste.

Please can someone assist how I can paste to each cell in column C - where I have data in column A and B
