label caption to convert the date in a textbox

Hi,

I have two textboxes, 'txt_start' & 'txt_end' which both compose of date. The date format is mm/dd/yyyy

I have also 2 label. The caption of the labels is based on the text of the textboxes

How can i make the caption of my label to this format 'mm.dd.yyyy'?

Ex: txt_start = 03/07/2014 & txt_end= 03/08/2014

Label1 = 03.07.2014
Label2 = 03.08.2014
