Macro not showing up in Macro List

New to Excel Forum but a long time user on Excel. I have a macbook pro that has two virtual machines from Parallels 9, one is in Windows XP and the other is a recently added Windows 7 that both windows platforms are using Excel 2003. When I transferred my Macros from XP to 7 they are not being recognized in the Macro list. I primarily export csv comma delimited files from a Real Estate MLS site and run this macro to add vertical lookup tables and format the comma delimited file. For some reason when I export a csv file in Windows 7 and open the Macro the csv file is not recognizing the macro, it works in XP but not 7. I currently have the security for the macro set at a medium level, is there something else I need to do in Windows 7 to have this macro be recognized? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
