If offset range is not blank move 3 cells right

I have the below code which was provided for another function I was building and I would like to adapt it to fit a new purpose.

If a drop down box does not meet select case criteria I want it to carry out the below function, however if the range defined in the code is [B]not[B] blank then I would like both values to move 2 cells to the right (0, 2), and if they are not blank try another 2 cells and so on until they find an empty cell.

I have no idea how the syntax would work for this, or how to offset an offset range.
Any help provided, as always greatly appreciated.

Just realised, Yes the title is wrong.

It should be 2 not 3
