Detmine the location and size of all text boxes on sheet

I'm stumped trying to work this one out

i'm looking for a VBA solution that would go thru the entire worksheet to do the following

a. collect the name of the text box (text boxes are shapes not form or activeX)
b. collect the left, right, height and width of the text box
c. the append the collected information and post to another workbook that keeps track of the vital statistics on each text box per below


Text Box Name Left Right Height Width
TextBox 1 60 100 25 30
TextBox 2 100 40 50 40
