Replacing specific text in multiple cells

Hi guys,
I'm having problem replacing a specific text in multiple cells. Something like this:
Cell A1 contains: "ABC 123456"
Cell A2 contains: "4567 ABC"
Cell A3 contains: "AOK2ABC354"
And so on.....

Now, I want to replace the old "ABC" with a new one "ABC" Bold, red color, size 12 while leaving the other text untouched.
I've tried a few methods but none of them work.
I'm wondering if someone here is kind enough to write an example Macro/VBA coding for this.
