unable to retain HTML when inserting placeholders into Outlook Meeting Request template

My Excel VBA code opens an Outlook Mail Message template (.oft) and inserts cell data into the Subject, Body, etc. via placeholders. It works great.

The same code is able to open an Outlook Meeting Request template (.oft) the same way, however in order to insert cell data into the body of the Meeting Request, I have to change .HTMLBody to .Body (line 17 in code below) otherwise I receive an "object doesn't support this method" error. Is there a way to insert cell data into the body of an Outlook Meeting Request template without losing HTML format?

If you're actually using the attachments, you'll need to move the Word doc to a C: drive folder called Outlook Email Templates and change the extension from .doc to .oft.
