    vba delete blank cells in range B:B,J:J,O:O so as not affect next column values cells.

    Dear experts

    I need your help on this..I have 3 set range of data , A:B ,H&J,N:O...where finds col B,J,O blank cells delete blank cell only not to delete another set of data range

    Thanks alot sir, Amazing works ! small requirement added i want remove duplicate values through A:A column but in the date column B:B latest date should be remain with So's in A:A.
    SO_NBR.... should not affect another two range values.!!!
