VBA to open a word template, Insert values and mail as an attachement

Hello all,

Im trying to run a macro that opens a Word template doc and updates the bookmark fields within it.
Then it attaches the file to an email for the user to maually send. so far i have:

Im really struggling to find the syntax for how t attach the file, i have tried using this:

but cant get the attachment to work.
