How to deal with blank data options for LOOKUPS from a table

Is there a way to deal with scenarios in the attached doc when the options chosen do not have a corresponding value? If not, is there a better way to set this up and also make it user-friendly?

For instance, the table should provide results on the saved choices however, since the table on tab "Transportation Data" does not have any corresponding values it does not.

Just wondering if anyone would have a solution for this

You could nest your entire function inside an IFERROR statement and return whatever you want in case no value is found. =IFERROR(your lookup function here, "No selection found".)
