Macro isn't working properly.

I need for my macro to take the names of employees in sheet 1 (2014) and move them to the corresponding tabs. ie - Hope has 2 customers. I want the line(s) with Hope's customer info moved to Hope's tab. I included highlighting if the name doesn't exist but the problem is the whole A column is highlighting and nothing is pasting into the other tabs. I'm attaching my doc below. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi Eagerton,

See the attached file which copies Customer data to the Employee tabs. I didn't do any highlighting if the Employee didn't exist, because I wasn't quite sure what you wanted.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use any of your code.
