Tell us the address of the cell range you want to select.

I have no specific cell range.
Here's an example. Let say there's a data from column A1-A10 and G1-G10, i just want to select A7-G7 and then drag it down so it will select A7-G10but will move up one row and column so it will select only A7-G9.
I think this does what you describe, try it and let me know. This selects the range that starts with A7 and ends in column G in the row above the last row of data.
