Having trouble searching for and matching 2 values

Hello All!

I have a workbook where I need the user to be able to select a section of a worksheet, take that selection and match the name that it finds the most (will also have to filter and take out anything after/including "(" in the cells that it's searching through, then match that name with the same name on another sheet and return the associated e-mail. This is all while ignoring hidden cells. Why it has to be user selected is because depending who the person is, they want to select a range that will or will not include specific information (can change the number of rows and the number of columns in the data)

I'll attach a sample workbook to help with understanding.
Specifics:
The names that I want to search for are in column I. The column that is most often selected will be column F to column N, but will sometimes include column D, E, or O. Reference the "E-mails" page for what the page to lookup the e-mails will look like (the format can change if it would make it easier).

My thoughts are that you copy the visible range, paste it into another workbook and search through column by column until one of the most returned results matches one of the names on the E-mail page.

Since I am new to VBA, I'm not entirely sure how to do this. So far I have gotten to it pasting all non hidden values in another worksheet. I'm not sure how to have it count the columns and return the most common result/take out everything past/including the "(" from the cells while counting. If anyone has a better idea about how to around this or how to do this, then that would be great!
