I have a workbook which is used for logging client enquiries, called JOB SHEET. To speed up data entry it links to a second workbook (called LOCATIONS CONTACTS) which contains all my client and supplier names, addresses, phone numbers etc. I built it up on my own Mac so the linking worked fine but now I need to place it on our Dropbox so it can be used by 3 other colleagues. I hadn't really thought this through so now I have problems with the links.

The working link looks like this:
Macintosh HD:Users:James:Dropbox:Locations:[locations contacts.xls]

I need to make the link work for my colleagues, we all use the same Dropbox but obviously the name in the link (James in my case) will be different for each colleague.
Can I make Excel just look at Dropbox:Locations:[locations contacts.xls] omitting the name folder?

I should mention that JOB SHEET is also a template which users open new each time and save individually.

Any help would be much appreciated.
