Hey Guys,

I inherited this diet planning worksheet. I cannot get the dropdown list to scroll downwards because the arrow does not appear - making downward scrolling impossible. [as you can see there is an upward arrow but not a downward one] Filling in the items comes from another table on a different sheet. Can anyone help?
