    How to linked one worksheet to another?

    Hello to all!I have a problem.At my job,i need to make one worksheet with a table where we gonna type a values and another worksheet which will be used like archive file( to archive the values).Those two worksheets need to be linked. Each cells from top to down in one worksheet has one sheet in another worksheet.Every sheets in another worksheet represent archive for every cell with values.
    Every sheet in archiving worksheet have a unique number exmpl. A18 230418(this number and A18 or something else is a name of sheets in worksheet) but at my work in a table on first worksheet(google table file) its possible to have another cell with A18 but with different unique numbers.
    Any idea how to solve this problem?

    My first thought is to not link the sheets. If you make a change in one sheet, it will be reflected in the other sheet ... even though you may not want it to change. You may have completed all the entries and wish to move on to a brand new
    sheet ?

    Why not create a macro so when you are completely done entering data in the MAIN SHEET, you copy it to another sheet and you are through. While creating and copying the other sheet, you are given the opportunity to name the Sheet Tab. When the archive sheet is created, all the data on the MAIN SHEET is cleared and you are ready to start again with new data entry.
