Google sheets: Conditional formatting (same concept, different cells)

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if there is a quick and easy way for me to do the following.

I have a weight loss spreadsheet.

Cell B3 has weight for week 1, C3, week 2, C4: week 3 and so on
I want to setup conditional formatting that says if it is greater than the previous week, highlight the cell in red, less than = green, equal to = orange.
Can I do this with google sheet formatting and then apply it to all my cells without having to do the setting for each cell?

Solution was:

B3:L1001

=AND(B3<A3,ISNUMBER(B3))
And apply the formatting
