looking for function to calculate discount containing several criteria

Hi,

I have a GSheet with several Line Items, where i want to calculate the discount given (see attachment)

however the complication is that i need to know the total discount, whenever there are 2 or more line items with the same client name. basically my discount formula including a check if there are more line items with that client and giving me the the discount of the sum of standard price vs negotiated price

any idea how the formula needs t look like?
