Formatting based on value of another sheet

Using below formula that is working fine on same sheet to highlight the row where found "Terminated".

    =$E3="Terminate"

I want to highlight the same row on other sheets as well where found "Terminate" on "Leave Data" sheet range E3.

Each sheet has same Employees name on Col B. May that would made it easy to highlight the same row on other sheets

Can someone please share a solution to this question.

Just to be sure, your profile does not mention G Sheets at all... Nor does your post, nor does your post title

Google Sheets is rather primitive in some places, and custom formatting formulas is one of those places. Conditional formatting custom formulas can't use explicit references into other worksheets, so =OtherSheet!$E3="Terminate" is invalid. However, you can use INDIRECT, so =INDIRECT("OtherSheet!"&CELL("Address",$E3))="Terminate" should work.

    See this example.
