(Google App Scripts) Copy and paste value for all Google Sheets contained in one folder

I have a Google Drive folder called "Final Report"
In the folder, I have 6 Google Sheets called "Alex", "Peter", "Derek", "Alice", "Byran", "Billy"
Each of the sheets have 10 tabs.

I would like to copy them only keeping the value and format and rename them.

The final result I want is like the following in my folder
"Alex", "Peter", "Derek", "Alice", "Byran", "Billy" - these are the original one
    "Alex-202109", "Peter-202109", "Derek-202109", "Alice-202109", "Byran-202109", "Billy-202109" - these are the copied and pasted value and format versions

Hi, Bulk rename is the least of my concern.
I need copy and paste value the most.
    Thank you

after you make copies of the workbooks, then go to each tab, select all, then copy, then CTRL-Shift-V to paste the values and formatting.
    good luck!
