Google sheet : Formula in CF With 2 Result Simultaneously

hi all...

i' looking for formula in CF to solve this problem
how to make coloring cell then simultaneously showing text in the same cell like this picture below.
based on % data adjacent cell..
If the result CF is highlighted green simultaneously showing text "Green"
if yellow showing "Yellow", etc..

any help thanks in advance..
