Google spreadsheet-count only same values-

I want to count only if there is same numbers. In the picture there is 4 same. 2+2+1+1=4

i tried different with countfunctions and unique but cant find the right one. Any suggestions how i can solve it?

sorry, its not correct. its 3 hockey games, i want to know how many of each teams(6 teams) has number of equal goals.
match A 4-2
match B 8-2
match C 1-1

should be 4
match A has one of 2 goals
match B has one of 2 goals= thats 2 teams with equal
match C has both equal= 2
and total equal is 4

Thank you very much, now its corrects. Its not easy to find the right formula as a newbie. Now i can continue with my statistics
