Vlookup on different sheet, rows & colomn

in regards to using formulas, im unsure what you mean by "crawling" ("crawling" is a term used to describe the way search engines find ongoing links on a webpage, and doesnt apply to formulas which perform calculations).

however, on Sheet1 if you click on B2, and type an = sign, then click on the Sheet2 tab, then click on cell B4, then hit the enter key, then B2 will be equal to Sheet2!B4.

then do the same thing in B3 to get Sheet2!B17

oooh.. sorry about that.. due to not having edit rights on the file i made a copy and modified the sheet name to make more sense for me
