[Google Sheet][App Script] Data saving (variable) in a global table

Hello,

I am looking for a script to save data from a table to another backup/evolution table.

The table that contains the data to be filed is actually the result of processing .CSV files that I run every week, so there is new data every week.

I need to archive these data every week.... automatically...

A visual example is more interesting to understand....

I know it's a very custom request, but I don't have the skills to create a script like this one....
