Hey Folks, I'm a special education teacher and I'm trying to create a form to help me track accommodations for different students. I'm in need of a Google Sheets App Script to save information from a Data Entry form to another Google Sheet. The information in sheet Accommodation Tracking should be saved to sheet Test Database when a Student has a check next to his/her name. All other information in sheet Accommodation Tracking should be placed under the correct header in Test Database. Each checked student should only appear once each time the sheet is submitted with all information saved under the correct row heading in Test Database. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a demo. All information in sheet is fill data.
