    Help with Creating Formula

    Hello, I need help with creating a formula. I would like to take a date range, from 1/1/23-3/31/23 for example, and if that range holds a value from the "Transaction" column such as "Commission" , I would like for it to take the Amount for that row and input it into a cell such as I3, and any subsequent values to be added to this cell to create a running total.

    So the date range from A, plus a specific transaction from B, takes the amount from F and adds it to a column such as J for example.

    Can you please provide a link to a sampple file in Google Sheets.

    You can do this by putting the link into a txt file and uploading that file here to the forum.
