Convert Excel to Google Docs

I have a excel sheet which has many Macros that I was able to get working through much support. I am by no stretch good at coding. I'm wondering how hard it is to convert this sheet into google sheets because our company uses dropbox and there will be an issue with conflicted copies when multiple people have it open at the same time.

Google Sheets has a completely different macro language. You'd have to get someone who knows both well, and start from scratch. I am unaware of an automatic conversion process, but who knows, maybe ChatGPT can do it.

Thats what I was afraid of. Is their another solution within excel or dropbox you're aware of to avoid the conflicted copy issue?
