Hi,
Creating Chatbot through power virtual agents however I need a public website where PVA can pick up the excel files so giving it a go through this topic. This is not a question and you can ignore it
If there would be a better way to upload these documents to a public website where power virtual agents of microsoft could pick it up, suggestions are welcome!

That is not the purpose of this site.
It is an Excel HELP forum. There are many, many file hosting sites out there. Try Googling.
