Filter out one column of data from an index

I have this in Google Sheets:

=INDEX($A$1:$A$150,SMALL(IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Team Member - Non-exempt",$D$1:$D$150)),MATCH(ROW($D$1:$D$150),ROW($D$1:$D$150))),ROWS($A$1:A1)))



And I would like to remove a list of names from L1:L150 to not show up in the Index.


Help?

I do not know if it works the same in Google Sheets as it does in Excel but you could use AutoFilter
