Update Row values using sheet ID

Hi! Hope someone can assist me. I have two separate google sheets for my Document Tracker. The 1st one ("source") is for data entry while the 2nd one ("target") derives data using filter and import range.

There is a certain field trigged by UPDATE button which I want to be reflected on the "source" data but my code doesn't seem to work. Based on the lookup value which is range "D4" of the target sheet, it will update accordingly range "H11" on the source data. Thanks!

Also, can the code include timestamp of the update in the following format e.g. "01/ 08/2024 | 6:52 PM" aside from the values typed by the user.
