GoogleSheets: Help Populating A New Table

Trying to figure out how to create a new table for a hockey league that I manage the stats for.

One the "Goalie Stats" tab, the weekly stats are on the far right, which are then aggregated in the middle column (red cells) and then sorted on the left (green cells). My goal is to further break it down so each team's goaltenders are grouped together (orange cells) - I have manually entered the results here for now, but would like to have it update when the weekly stats are added.
